Advantages: is cheap and smells great

Disadvantages: more product neede for a good lather

My friend has just become an avon representative so its my duty as a friend to place my order through her to help her earn a bit more money, ahem and on the plus side i get to add more items to my beauty collection - genius
It now means however that my beauty collection is ever expanding and takes up half of my bedroom ... but it also means that i am duty bound to give you my opinion on the products,its a win win situation
So I bought a few of the avon shampoos's they are called avon naturals shampoos the emphasis being that the ingrediants are fruit and natural oils etc this appealed to me because i like to think im putting good things into my locks,the maine ingrediant is bioseed complex -pure seed extracts which are meant to nourish soothe and protect your hair

The shampoo i'm reviewing today is the ginger and mango option
The bottle isnt anything special at all just a standard clear bottle with an avon label on the front ,however the picture is one of fruits and does look appealing, the shampoo itself is a yellowy orange colour and looks slight irridescent in the bottle
I was pleased to note that the bottle has a firm flip top that clicks back in to place so no chance of leakage, this happens to me alot usually all over my make-up grrrr anyway i digress on with the review

The shampoo is suitable for all hair types which is handy,opening the bottle i was worried it wouldnt pass what i call the whiff test-everyone does ,it that lungful of air you take in to see what it smells like, this didnt disapoint it was as fruity as i hoped with a definite hint of ginger
I used quite a lot of the product because i found that using a standard amount didn't lather up enough
in my past reviews i have complained that shampoos dont create enough lather, for this one the lather is fine however an extra dose of water added to your hair when the shampoo is on will give you a much better lather

The shampoo is 2-in 1 shampoo and conditioner
I thought perhaps it would save me time in the showering /washing hair process but i found that when i dried my hair i was definitely missing the extra conditioning of my hair that would normally come from using my conditioner aswell
I would reccomend leaving the lather in your hair for a while and not rinsing straight away i found that when i did this and this applies to all shampoos in the avon naturals range it meant that after drying my hair and went about my day there was a definite fruity smell to my hair which was commented on by my colleagues

The naturals range does not extend to just shampoo it also includes shower jellys which are worth checking out
The shampoo range is also not limited to just the ginger and mango option but there is also apple and rosemary,bannana and coconut and a tangerine one too all come as shampoo and seperate conditioners
The most bargaintastic thing about this shampoo is that when i bought it in the catalogue it was only £1 however even at full price the shampoos are just £2 you cant argue with that

To summarise this shampoo is fruit-tastic and left this pixie with very lovely fruity smelling hair, it was also very shiny
The only downside is that i had to use more product than i probably would normally
But as mentioned earlier £2 is not a lot to pay at all
Its fruity hair on a budget surely every girl likes that,i must also mention that i use this shampoo before i go out with my friends to clubs etc and the amount of comments i get while waiting at the bar is teriffic
Great shampoo bargain price-just watch out for the boys that start trying to pay you for a whiff of your hair teehee
