I recently bought this hair straightener cum hairdryer from Amazon for £14.95 and have been pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use and the kind of results I have achieved.

My hair is somewhere between chin and shoulder length and is naturally somewhere between curly and wavy but when I get the chance I have the hairdresser blow dry it straight for a change. I've struggled to get the same effect at home because I can't dry it straight enough before I get the straighteners on it.

This looks like a hairdryer with a wide tooth comb attachment at the top. There are three heat settings and you just need to comb through the hair while holding on to the ends so the hair is kind of grabbed between some small straightening plates. My hair dried quickly and straight but with some body. Finishing off with hair straighteners isn't really required but does make the hair a bit smoother still.

An excellent dryer and straightener all in one and at a great price at the moment.
