I'm a heavy hairdryer user, every morning without fail I blast my bonce with hot air. My previous hairdryer was also a Babyliss, can't remember what kind, but as the cable's outer casing had split exposing the wires inside, one day it ceased to switch on so off I went to Argos to find another one!

I like my hairdryers to be super-speedy, usually 1900 to 200W and to have two speed settings, two heat settings and a cool shot button. How lucky was I to find an inexpensive hairdryer which had all the features I was looking for and being a well-known brand name like Babyliss?!

This hairdryer is very lightweight and it is not as big and bulky as other hairdryers can be which surprised me pleasantly. The cable swivels at the base of the hairdryer which is a great feature as it means the cable won't get twisted and damaged as you use the dryer and move it around (as happened with my previous one!).

The selling point for me, however, wasn't the speed settings or the heat settings as these can be found on many hairdryers, nothing too impressive there. It was the nozzle on the end of the hairdryer that made me choose this hairdryer in particular. Whenever I go to the hairdressers, they always manage to dry my hair so straight and with such shine, partly because of the thin concentrator nozzle so when I saw that the Babyliss Elegance hairdryer had a thin concentrator nozzle, I decided it was the one for me.

It works really well, super-fast drying, dries my hair nice and straight and really light and quite small which is great for travelling. And all for £14.59 in Argos! Great stuff!
