Advantages: Cheapish.

Disadvantages: They don't do what they say!

I really think that you can buy better straightners alot cheaper, more stylish and don't dry out your hair and strip them of nutrients as much as these do! Using these my hair began to become fly away and the steam didn't help either. They were pretty big and when you wern't steaming they completely miss out sections of your hair because the extra plate wasn't in.
I could feel my hair burning, see it burning and i really didn't like the way you used them. I much prefer GHD straightners and although they're just under double the price they are so much better in value, style and overall performance. Also they gurantee 5 years at least i think which i think is a really good deal.
It doesn't last twice as long as other leading brands because no matter what happens; if rain hits my hair then it will go frizzy. GHD and Babyliss lasts alot longer than these do. It doesn't give that great straightness and it doesn't give salon straightness either.
I think they are over rated and i don't like them.

Summary: GHD's are alot better.
