Advantages: Cheaper than others, convenient, if you get it to work!

Disadvantages: Didn't do the job it was supposed to do!

Maybe it's just my hair! But, in the instruction booklet in the box, the model demonstrating the straightener had hair in the before picture like an Afro, and on the after picture hair as straight and glossy as silk. I WISH!!!
Plus, if your a little forgetful at times, (like me!) and you forget to empty the water out.... well...it gets a little bit yucky!
Also, the comb attached to it had me screaming at the moon, as it was tearing out my hair, and when I took it out, it was more useless than it was in the 1st place, so, its a big let down, because I usually love BaByliss products.
