Advantages: Transforms your greasy hair.
Disadvantages: Can get expensive
For those who know about Dry Shampoo, you'll know Batiste. For those that haven't its one of the most popular Dry Shampoo's on the market and for many, me included, Batiste is one of the best.
Dry Shampoo works by absorbing oil from your hair, if it has got greasy and if in aerosol form, will often boost volume in your hair too! All you need to do is hold the can away from your head (they recommend 30cm) and spray where desired, then rub in with your fingertips. Then brush out the remaining powder with a brush, this will avoid the grey hair that you could be left with. If some product still remains, blast your hair with the hairdryer (on a cold setting), to remove any excess product.
The thing I love the most about this product is how easily it transforms your hair. It can go from limp and lifeless to looking like it has just been washed and full of volume. The dry shampoo rubs in easily, though can leave the hair powdery and grey if not applied properly and I find that this keeps the oil at bay throughout the day even when a little has been used.
This dry shampoo is available in many colours and scents. To name a few: original, blush, tropical, diva, fresh. Personally I like the scents as they are pleasant and not too chemically a scent, though not scents I would use as fragrances.
These dry shampoo's are also available in 50ml 150ml, 200ml and 400ml. These can range from £1.50 - £4 and are available from supermarkets and pharmacy stores. They larger the can , the better value it is. You will find with this product, if you like it, you may get through a lot which can get expensive.
Overall, this is my favourite dry shampoo I have ever tried and for those that have never tried Batiste, I definitely urge you to.
Summary: A must have
