Disadvantages: not a real substitute for a hair wash

This item is a godsend! It comes in an areosol can, which has a white power type substance inside. You spray it onto the greasy parts of your hair, which turn white, then brush it out and voila! Hair that looks as fresh as the day it was washed.

The Tropical one has a lovely smell to it, but if you prefer unscented they do a 'original' one that doesn't have a smell to it.

I first heard about this product in a magazing giving advice for festival goers. I go to leeds festival every year, and this is simply a lifesaver. With stupidly long queues for showers, this gives your hair a quick perk when you need to be looking your best but don't have the time or means to wash your hair. I also use this product if i've woken up late and don't have time for a full hair wash.

Although this product doesn't wash your hair properly, it does a pretty good job of the extra grease.

Summary: An essential for the time strapped person
