Hair grips are one of them things that you cannot live without if you have long hair with layers like mine. I use these literally every time I put my hair up in a pony tail, or also any time I decide to do any up dos. They are also really handy for pinning my fringe back. Their uses are just endless if you like doing different styles and being creative with your hair.

Application
To apply these grips you simply open them a little and then slide them into your hair where you want them to go. I find that they are very easy to open a little bit and also they slide into my hair very easily. They have little plastic ends on them to stop the mental from them hurting your head and they are a nice size and shape to fit comfortably on my head.

Results
I found that these grips have amazing staying power and they are quite easy to hide within my hair. They come in a range of different colours, a light brown, darker brown and in blond, so you can match them up to your hair colour quite easily and they can be concealed in your hair with no problems.

I have been using these grips for years and never have had any problems with the quality or them breaking. I usually only really have to replace them when they go missing. I have done lots of up styles with these and they always stay in place well throughout the day.

Price and Availability
These are cheap and cheerful, a packet of 30 pins costs £1.49 in Boots, I think that this is a great price and would definitely recommend buying them. I know when mine eventually go walk about, I will be replacing them with this brand again as they are very trustworthy and have never let me down.

Overall
I think that this is a great product that can be used every day and wears and tears brilliantly. I would definitely recommend these grips as they hold really well and blend nicely with my hair colour. Overall I would give these 5 out of 5 stars.
