Boots Essentials Curling Cream Reviews

I use this on top of a leave in (shea butter) on my afro hair. It is the best thing I have ever tried. I can heap it on quite a bit for more definition, with little stickiness and no greasiness.

It is really great! I couldn't live without it!

Boots curl cream is the best styling product for curly hair ever! My top tip is to let your hair dry first (even though it will look like a frizzy mess at first!) If you have natural curls, the minute you apply the curl cream, the curls become defined and look in great condition! Not that awful wet look some girls choose to go for! Another top tip for curly hair - get a side parting as this makes your hair look like it has a purposeful style and avoid too many really short layers at the front.

My hair when I wash it goes into beautiful ringlets alot of people would be jealous of! However that's when it's wet and well before I dry it off with a towel! When I've done that I end up with waves covered in frizz and the limpest ends you have ever seen! I was living in London about a year ago and fell in love with boots curling creme. It was seriously like NO Other curl product on the market. It conditioned and eliminated frizz without making my hair greasy like other serums or hard like gel or mousse.
Now I live in the states and am desperately seeking Boots Curling creme or a close equivalent product to no avail.

I was in Boots yesterday looking for frizz ease extra strength hair serum which was sold out so I was looking at alternatives when I found boots curl creme for less than £2 for a massive tub so decided to try it out!
I've just washed my hair & used the creme before brushing, & it took me about 2 minutes to brush my hair compared to the usual 5, so let's see what it looks like when it's dry! Smells good too!

This product is extremely good. I don't understand why Boots have discontinued it. Huddersfield Boots haven't had it in for about a month now yet they have other products in that haircare range....
