I tried Brylcreem gel - YUK! I hate helmet hair - hard, stiff, and if you need to re-comb, you loose the wet look completely.

My dad used classic brylcreem years ago when I was a kid. I really never would have thought about trying it if I weren't for my dad - he suggested trying it. I was looking for something that would give me a slick cool look - my dad said that Brylcreem would be just the ticket. I was skeptical, but gave it a try. Man, this stuff works great. Yes, it makes hair greasy, but hey - if you're wanting a cool slick look, there's nothing like it. Besides, it does wash out easy.

Using brylcreem gives you versatility - for instance, you can: finger comb to get a casual, but slick look: use a comb and arrange it into a very cool off-to-side retro, though cool, DA-style; comb in a super straight side part for a professional business look; or comb it straight back for a "Don't worry 'bout it look". TOTALLY AWESOME!
