Bumble and Bumble Classic Hairspray is more costly than other hairsprays available but it's effective and pleasant to use so I don't mind the cost. I would say it's one of the best hairsprays I have ever used.
A 250ml can costs between £10 and £14.
The hairspray comes out of the can in a fine mist and the best method of application is to spray from further away than you usually would, I extend my arm and spray from around one foot away from my hair. This disperses the hairspray and allows you to add a light coating but at no time does my hair ever receive so much hairspray that it feels stiff or unnatural.
It is strong hold hairspray suitable for most styles, I use it when defining my curls to prevent them stretching and turning frizzy through the day. It is effective for that and also effective for styles where I have arranged my hair in a ponytail or other up style.
The Bumble and Bumble hairspray can be brushed out easily. That prevents me needing to wash my hair unnecessarily just to remove the hairspray, my hair is left clean and shiny after brushing out the hairspray and there is no residue left.
My hair is held for hours after using this hairspray. When applied upon styling my hair in the morning the style remains all day but there is no appearance of me having used any styling products as my hair retains a natural and soft look. It disappears when brushed out and does not leave any powdery residue that can dull the hair and make it appear as though the wearer has dandruff.
A can lasts for a few weeks with irregular use and that is why I will continue to use it, if I used it daily the cost of replacement would not become prohibitive to me but I would soon become tired of spending so much money on hairspray.
Hairspray is something that I Did not use a lot of years ago as it made my hair look greasy and it was not something I would use unless I was putting my hair up. Little did I know that there were such a wide variety of hairsprays i had just got one that did not really agree with my blonde layered hair.
I then found Bumble and Bumble classic hairspray and I have not looked back since I now use it regularly. This hairspray is used to keep your hairstyles perfect and in place, it is great smelling with a great shine and leaves you hair soft to touch, its also gives you a great hold whilst still allowing your hair movement, as I found with a lot of hairssprays it sets your hair it place and leaves it feeling hard and horrible, which is not good.
Bumble and Bumble Classic hairspray is easy to use and is for the curls to the straight hair to the big hair that you put up and need to hold and last the night. Whats more it brushes out easily unlike most haisprays that you have to wash out, otherwise brushing it out pulls your hair out too.
For the best results hold about 20cm away from your dry and styled hair and spray in even strokes to the whole head or hair or in the spots that you need the hold to touch up those stray hairs.
I have used this hair spray now for about 2 years and I really like it, it hold my curls perfectly whilst still allowing them to move.
Bumble and Bumble is an expensive brand but over the years I have now learnt that you get what you pay for when it comes to your hair and a little of the hairspray goes a long way, also it makes my hair soft and shiny which I did not get from a lot of competitive products in the market.
A modern rendition of traditional hairspray, but with a subtle sheen and softness that brushes out like a breeze. For use after styling to finish and set. To Use: Hold about 10 inches away from hair and spray in fluid, even strokes to apply evenly to dry and styled hair or to touch up specific areas.
