“ Brand: Clairol / Type: Hair Spray / What it does: Protects „
Laziness makes this a great product for me! All I have to do is squirt abit of this into my hair and hey presto conditioned hair! Daily defense's leave in conditioner is actually a very good conditioner, I've been using it in conjunction with another "normal" conditioner for about a month now and my mop of dry hair definetly feels loads better. I use this spray every time I wash my hair and the other conditioner about twice a week. The spray in conditioner is heat activated so you do have to actually dry your hair for it to work. It also protects against the heat from a hairdryer which is great. I think that this is a product that does need to be used with a "normal" conditioner, as I dont think that it would really do the job properly if just used by itself. The fact that it is a protector against styling tools ie hairdryers tongs etc is brilliant.
I am a dedicated fan of all Clairol products, and this one doesn't disappoint at all. I don't like leave in conditioners of any type, and only time will tell if this one builds up in the same way as the other brands. I used the spray in conjunction with the Defense shampoo and conditioner. The smell of all the products is lovely, and felt good as soon as they were applied. The Leave-In factor is heat activated, so would be suitable for blow drying. I leave my hair to dry naturally, so whether I really needed it or not is a question. I used very little, but I like gardening, so I feel as if it could help prevent sun damage too. Recommended as a great product, leaving hair smooth, shiny, and protected against heat appliances and the ravages of the sun. Try it, as there's two for one offer at the moment. UPDATE: I think the idea is to blow dry with this, I didn't and therefore the product didn't 'activate' and my hair felt a little coated. Any offers on a bottle of Leave in Spray? Hardly used!
