This was part of the travelling pack that I got from my friends before I left. If you are going to be spending a lot of time in the sun, sea water or swimming pools then this is a great product to pack. I usually use it every few days if I know its going to be really sunny, I spray it all over quite liberally when my hair is damp in the mornings and that is enough for the whole day.
