I can't believe that I haven't written about this conditioner or shampoo before now and I have been on here nearly two years and I haven't written about my favourite Brand of shampoo and Conditioner.

First let me tell you what the bottle looks like and says on it, well it is opaque and very pale pink with a dark forest green top that is easy to open and has only come off once in the many years I have been using this product. On the front of the bottle it states "Clairol Herbal Essences with Botanical shine complex" and "protects coloured/Permed/Dry/Damaged hair" also "with thyme, wheat germ oil and vitamin E in mountain spring water" well I think this sounds nice. On the back it goes into more detail about the above and gives you directions on how to use it too "apply to wet hair, leave on as desired and rinse thoroughly."

This is my favourite as I keep coming back to it. It smells so great and looks good too because it is my favourite colour it being pink.

This conditioner is very thick, the consistency of a decent face moisturiser, and goes onto the hair very easily you don't need a lot either no more than the shampoo so one squirt will cover all my hair easily, my hair is mid length by the way. When its time for me to rinse it off after usually after one or two minutes or when I have washed the rest of my body, if I am in the shower, this conditioner washes off very nicely and very quickly unlike some I have tried that you are still trying to rinse the blooming stuff off 15 minutes later.

The ingredients are far too many to mention here and I don't know what half of them mean and that's if I could spell them correctly or say most of them for that matter.

Just like the shampoo the smell of the conditioner is more like lightly scented flowers and when I have shampooed and conditioned my hair with Herbal essences my hair feels great, looks great and smells d
ivine.

I do sometimes not use the Conditioner because I have either run out of it or just because the kids have nearly emptied it and I can manage to unknot my hair quite well without it (this usually takes up to half an hour) but why make life harder than it has to be and so I use conditioner nearly every time I wash my hair and its does make combing my hair so much easier. This conditioner just seems to agree with my hair and makes it feel, smell and look good, my husband also likes me to use this as it makes the bathroom smell great too.

The shampoo and the conditioner both come in 250ml plastic bottles which "use 25% post consumer recycled plastic and are recyclable" and cost £1.99 in most supermarkets but I usually buy them in Safeway when they do the Buy one get one free or BOGOF promotions and I buy two of each.

Finally I love the feel and condition of my hair after having used this conditioner as my hair is soft very shiny and very manageable also it smells wonderful.

I always come back to Herbal Essences after having tried other brands out.

Thanks for reading

Amanda
