I use Herbal Essences on a daily basis and I have tried all of the different types of shampoo and matching conditioner in the Rainforest Flowers range. Clairol Herbal Essences Rainforest Flowers Shampoo is available in six different fragrances. Each fragrance is for a different hair type and the colour of the bottle and shampoo inside the bottle is also different for each hair type.

The Rainforest Flowers shampoo for Normal Hair types is Lilac in colour, the shampoo itself isn't very thick, and it is of a medium consistency. The shampoo generates a thick and creamy lather almost instantly and I don't have to use very much of the shampoo in order to achieve this result. I have fairly long hair and only have to use a blob of shampoo the size of a fifty pence piece to wash my hair.

My hair feels really fresh and clean after I have used the shampoo, although because my hair is as long I do have to use the matching conditioner to detangle my hair. I used the shampoo itself without using the conditioner and was unable to get the tangles out of it. Most people who have long hair like me will probably have the same problem, so it's a good idea to use the matching conditioner so as your hair is tangle free and soft.

When I am using the shampoo the bathroom is filled by the gorgous aroma from it. The aroma which it creates in the bathroom is gorgeous and can be smelled a few hours after I have bathed.

The shampoo has a gorgeous smell, it has extracts of Passion Flower, Patchouli and Vetiver which help to leave your hair feeling soft, clean and shiny. The shampoo has a really strong Passion Flower scent which lingers in my hair making it smell gorgeous and fresh throughout the whole day.

The shampoo doesn't smell too floral, it has a fruity undertone to it; thus breaking down the scent of the passion flower making it smell much lighter and refreshing.

I use the shampoo and conditioner on a daily basis, sometimes I wash my hair twice a day. The shampoo doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or lifeless, nor does it give me a dry itchy scalp.

I highly recommend Herbal Essences Rainforest Flowers shampoo for Normal Hair. The reason I highly recommend it is because it leaves my hair feeling and smelling great all day long. My hair feels even cleaner and softer when I condition it using the matching conditioner.
