What do I think of it?

I quite like this shampoo and often use it o a regular basis. It has a lovely refreshing floral smell and it really does remind you of 'Rainforest Flowers'.
The shampoo is a clear violet liquid, not very thick but a reasonable flowing fluid consistency. The shampoo lathers quite well, and I find that I don't really need to apply too much into my hands (about two 10p sized amounts) even though I have long hair.
The formula is quite convenient to rinse out although it does seem to take a little longer to get all the residue out compared with some of the other shampoos I've used in the past.
After drying, I find that my hair does appear shinier than usual, though my hair is usually quite manageable so I can't really comment on whether it makes easily tangled any easier to handle.
The aroma of the shampoo is very much apparent on the hair even after a good thorough rinse and the strong scent still lingers after several hours. Very good for hair perfume.
Funnily, I have also had some complaints on this. Apparently, the aroma of the shampoo is fairly strong and pungent to those who aren't using it. My dad always complains of the strong aroma each time I come out of the bathroom. This, I believe, as I have also experienced its effects when my sister comes out of the bathroom after using it. It is pretty strong on the nose, to the extent I was almost choking myself!
The shampoo costs about £1.99 for a 400ml bottle and is very often on BOGOF promotions.
I did think that this made my hair smell really nice, but now I know why some one of my friends always sat a few seats away from me in the lecture halls!
Thanks for reading. xx

- 30/03/09 These are good shampoos. The smells are lovely but I find if I use these all the time they make my hair greasy so have to keep swopping and changiing. Nice review - well laid out. |
