Could be better, could be worse, and its bright blue (Clairol Herbal Essences Shampoo and Conditioner)

Advantages: nice smell, cheap

Disadvantages: funny looking, doesn't last long, can cause itchy scalp

I was seduced by the new herbal essences bottles recently and bought the 'hello hydration' shampoo and conditioner. I was a little suprised at the strange colour (bright blue), it didn't look very natural despite herbal essences "hard sell" of their products' naturalness. It smells really nice though, quite coconutty. Another good point is that you don't need to use very much - the shampoo froths well and the conditioner spreads well too. My hair looked and felt nice and soft afterwards. The nice smell stays in your hair for a day or two after washing. My hair felt and looked clean for only 2 days after use. I have found other products last longer. Finally, I seem to have developed an itchy scalp since using the shampoo, suprising considering it is supposed to be moisterising (but I must add as a disclaimer that it could just be that I have a sensitive scalp, although I don't normally). However, herbal essences is cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Summary: The product is fine, its got good points but its not very good quality.
