I've used Herbal Essences shampoos and conditioners for years, mostly because I love the smell!

There are loads of different types of shampoo and conditioner, ones for fine hair, ones for coloured hair, damaged hair and frizzy hair. There's also a new range out, in different brightly coloured bottles, with names like 'Seductively Straight'. Personally, I don't think the new range is any better than the older one, it is however, about 50 pence more expensive! And that's for the same amount, 400ml, too.

The older range is about £2.70 per 400ml bottle and the new one about £3.20/30. There's quite often buy one get one free's on both ranges.

All the range is made up of various plant and herbal extracts, which makes it feel natural. It also smells fantastic and lasts through the day. I've actually had people compliment me on my perfume, when I haven't been wearing any, it smells that good!

I have baby-fine hair and to be honest, the fine/flyaway range does not give me big hair, but then to be fair, I have yet to find any shamppo that does! I have used the damaged hair range before and I have a friend with very curly hair who uses thr frizzy range so there is a good range for all types of hair.

Personally, I'm addicted to the smell and that's the real plus for me with this range. Whenever I use other shampoos, my hair just smells chemical!
