Advantages: Squeaky Clean feeling hair

Disadvantages: It's being rebranded and the new stuff isn't quite the same

I'm so sad. They're taking my Herbal Essences away.

Not too long agi I discovered "Herbal Essences - silk n' shine" shampoo and I love it. It's fragrance is as sweet as a bowl of fruit salad and when it lathers up it's like washing your hair in silk - hence the name 'Silk n' Shine, I guess. That's it, it's like washing your hair in a bowl of fruit salad and cream <----- That feels better than it reads. Honestly!

It feels wonderful and I feel like I'm in one of their adverts every time I wash my hair. Washing my hair with this is no longer a chore, it feels fabulous and luxurious and refreshing and sensual and....oh it's just lovely.

One thing that I absolutely love about the old Herbal Essences is the way my hair squeaks when I've rinsed it out. You know that squeaky clean feeling? Well this shampoo delivers on that. My hair is squeaky clean after using it.

I've tried the new one and I'll review it and it smells wonderful and feels wonderful too, but no squeaky clean feeling. :-( I'll still use it though because there's this coconut fragrance I've discovered.....but that's another review.

Anyway, before it disappears off the shelf due to their rebrand, I'll be buying as many bottles of the old "Silk n' Shine" that I can find.
