Advantages: It's great
Disadvantages: none
When the first wisps of grey arrived I went to the hairdresser and had blond streaks put in. Let any one guess which is mine and which is from the bottle. The lightening of hair colour is very flattering when the skin begins to age and the dark shades seem to emphasize it. The procedure which is quite lengthy and costly needs repeating only every four to six months, but towards the end the line of demarcation is noticeable and you look as though you had a dark cap like Capuchin monkey. I was quite unhappy with this cap after a couple of years and noticed that my own hair was growing out in natural grey streaks. To do something about it I went into the nearest pharm and brushed off pesky attendants whilst I did some serious reading of what was available in the rinse department. My choice fell on Loving Care and I have been using it exclusively ever since. It catches all the odd grey hairs and highlights the streaks with ash blond, mellows my brown hair and gives a very flattering effect. Most important of all it fades uniformly all over giving no line of demarcation which screams DYED. It is easy to apply, lasts about six weeks and is positively non harmful to the hair and scalp. Unfortunately it is no longer imported to my neck of the woods and I have to stock up every time I go overseas. It is the best solution to ageing gracefully or just giving a bit of zing to your hair with no long term commitments

- 04/07/01 I use this and it is everything you say. My Morty doesn't even realise I am 'helping' nature, but he's like that ;{} |

- 22/06/01 You might get a couple of bruises in that fight. No changing facts of life. By gracefull I mean don't dress mutton like spring lamb. No sense wearing skintight when your skin is no longer tight and that kind of thing. |

- 22/06/01 I too use loving care. I've had the odd bit of grey sneaking up on me since I was 21. Grow old gracefully? Never!!!! I'm planning on fighting it all the way! |
