Advantages: does the job, easy to use

Disadvantages: none

I have probably been colouring my hair since I was 13, and when I say I have I do mean me, I very rarely go to the hairdressers for colours or cuts as I find they just can`t do what I want and for the price they charge I`d rather do it my self.

I stared using a boots own brand colour for the first few years but then something changed with it and it didn`t seem to work any more, so the search was on. I wanted an hair colour that you put on dry hair not just washed hair and nice and easy was one or the first I found,

I also use some of the darker colours in my hair to put some streaks in it and they go over my blonde colours ok, I have to say i don`t use the colour conditioner that comes in the box, instead I always put the colour on my hair let it develop 20 to 30 mins then when it`s ready to wash get in the shower wash my hair twice with my normal shampoo then condition it with my normal conditioner and it just feels alot better than when I used to dye my hair then rinse it out and use the nice and easy conditioner

My main colour is Natural honey blonde or natural baby blonde, I have to say the honey blonde can go a little ginger but only very slightly, if this happens with you I suggest using the lighter shades as they don`t seem to do it on me. saying that though the gingerness does tone down in my hair within a few washes.

I use a weekly intensive conditioner once a week to help my hair stay in good condition and it seems to work so I don`t think dying it really damages it for anyone scared of colouring there own hair but do be careful to not go to far from your natural colour.

This cost`s around £4.79 for the full size bottles and about £4.29 for the smaller bottles, or quite regularly shops have two for £8.00.

Summary: good product
