Nice and Easy did not work (Clairol Nice 'n' Easy)

Disadvantages: I spent money and wasted my time

I have been using Nice and Easy Hair colour for about 20 years. I have
always been very happy with my colour.

I recommended it to a friend who has the same natural hair colour as
myself and wanted to get the same blond colour as I achieved with
Nice and Easy. She tried the hair colour and her hair colour did not change
at all. When she told me that her hair colour had not changed I found it
very hard to believe.

Today I used Clairol Natural Ultra Light Ash Blond No 88 on my hair and
to my astonishment my hair colour did not change at all. I am going to
work tomorrow with my dark roots.

I studied to be a hairdresser for 3 years and I know all about dying hair
so I certainly did not do anything wrong - I am very very disappointed
