Advantages: Straigter than straight hair, Results last for ages, Really do work!

Disadvantages: Expensive (but worth it), Damage hair if used too much

First spotted these jumbo sized straighteners in Vogue a few years back being used backstage to straighten a girls very curly, frizzy mane. End result? Hair as straight as a ruler. Man, I had to buy these ASAP. I was so sick of trying to make my thick, wavey locks appear sleek with the help of Babyliss staighteners. My hair always ended to resemble a pyramid. Flat on top and puffed out nearer the ends. Soooo not a sleek look. You can only buy these lifesavers from the Daniel Hersheson store in Conduit Street, W1 so I went to the store and bought them there but if you don’t live near Central London, you can order them by phone. I have to say I was pretty shocked by the size of them. Forget a pretty and delicate appliance! These things are big, fat and black with massive metal plates and a detachable comb and you just know they aren’t going to let you down. I can honestly say I’ve never been so excited over a pair of straighteners. It’s sad really but I’m such a girl!
I used to go to the hairdresser every time I wanted poker straight hair but there’s honestly no need to now because the straighteners make your hair appear like it’s always been naturally straight and the results last for ages. With my Babyliss straighteners, I used to have to straighten my hair with about ten different brushes and then go over it with them and I was never impressed. With these, I go to bed with wet hair, my hair all frizzy in the morning but I run these through sections of my hair and it looks amazing in ten minutes! Although they’re bigger than most straighteners, I always take them with me when I’m travelling and they aren’t heavy.
Another great thing is if they break, you get a brand new pair straight away, no questions asked. The spring broke in mine and I got a new pair posted 2 me in 2 days. Vey Impressive.
Ok, so I’ve told you that these are the best things since sliced bread but yes,
you may think there are disadvantages although I don’t think so!
1. They’re quite expensive but I’ve saved money by not going to the hairdresser each time I want Oriental straight hair. I’d actually have to say that these are worth every penny.
2. These do get VERY, VERY hot. I mean carpet burning hot so you really can’t use them often or you’ll damage your hair. However, results last ages so you won’t have to use them again and again (as long as you don’t get your hair wet).
3. Why didn’t anyone think of these things earlier?

I've used thesed for about 2 years and people always think I've been to the hairdresser after I use these.

Honestly girls, these are used backstage at all the fashion shows, photo shoots and probably every girl you see with straight hair so buy them!

this product sounds really lush....can it only be bought in the salon or can it be bought online?

Very expensive, but it would be truly wonderful to get rid of the frizz.

Ooooh... worth every penny I bet. My hair is not quite straight, not quite curly. YUCK!

I might invest in some of these.
Thanks for the tip - great op!
