Advantages: Strong, will hold your hair all day long even with the thinnest of hair

Disadvantages: Sticky and leaves your hair quite greasy

I used Dax wave and groom for styling my hair for about two years after i tried my mates one day. I initially thought it was great as my hair is really thin and it used to hold my hair in place after a long day or out in the wind without having to use hairspray on top of the product that i choose to use.

The streght of the product - 10/10 it holds extremely well all day on even the thinnest of hairs and you can re mould it to which ever style you want even after hours of it being in your hair

The smell of the product - 0/10 it has no smell which is dissapointing

How does it makes your hair feel after use : 2/10 A nightmare! It is horrible to wash out takes 2 decent washes for it all to come out. If you went to bed with your hair styled with Dax and woke up it would be in exactely the same place. Dax do have their own type of shampoo though which does take all the sticky feel out of your hair after one wash.

How does it feel on your hands? : 1/10 - It feels awful, it is so sticky and will stick your fingers together. Takes about 5 washes of your hands to wash it all of your hands and leaves your taps incredibly sticky!

Is it better than a gel? - 8/10 Yes i feel it is much better than a gel as gels go hard and can often crumble and leaves your hair looking like you have dandruff.

This product is for you if you want a really strong hold to your hair and not bothered about your hair being sticky and taking a few washes to get it back to the normal feel.

Summary: A good product with strong hold but is very sticky
