Disadvantages: Difficult to shift... don't mind tho'...

USE THIS! You see, i made the mistake of using VO5's appalling styling wax, a product so lacking in hold that i had to bolster it with a lump of gel. i thought it was my own fault, that my hair was too straight and boring to let the wax do its job... BUT NO! One (long overdue) word with the hairdresser later, and he says: switch to Red Dax, it's stiff as old lard. And he was right! It bends, musses, twists and generally distorts, without ever collapsing. OK, so you have to wash your hair every day to stop your head getting weighed down with this industrial strength gunk, and make sure you put the shampoo on before you wet your hair, else you wont shift it. But it's gloriously strong stuff - i'm gonna use a little to re-putty my windows this weekend...
