Advantages: Silky, smooth nourished hair!

Disadvantages: Not a great amount for the price!

-- Reasons for buying --
I recently purchased the Dove Intensive Repair Conditioner whilst in Superdrug as I had recently dyed my hair and the ends were a little split and very dry. I had read a lot of positive reviews and decided to give it a go. I also purchased with it the Dove Intensive Repair shampoo and conditioner to achieve better results.

-- The claim --
The claim is that it gives instant deep nourishment and prevents split ends and breakage.

-- Packaging --
The conditioner comes in a white squeezable tube with the Dove logo presented on the front with some information about the product including its name, what the conditioner does and the amount of product provided. A simple pull and push lid comes attached to make it easy to open and reseal.

-- Applying the conditioner --
Applying the conditioner very easy and does present on the back directions of use. I simply wet my hair, massage some of the Intensive repair shampoo into my hair and then continue to rinse. After I towel dry my hair and apply a fair amount of the product to my ends and spread the up towards my root area. It says to leave the conditioner of for 3 minutes, but as I like to use this on my usual pamper day I tend to wrap my hair in a cap and leave it on for about 15 minutes, along with a face mask and a cup of tea. How long you leave it on for is up to you, after 15 minutes I simply just rinse my hair and towel dry. Whilst washing it out you can definitely tell your hair is very soft and well nourished.

-- Pros --
The conditioner smells absolutely amazing! When my hair is dry you can definitely feel the difference, it makes my hair smooth and sooo soft. I have noticed a definite improvement to the ends of my hair after only using the product twice. I think it works great along with the shampoo and conditioner so you are achieving the best results. I have also just purchased the Dove heat protector as well, so at the moment I'm a Dove addict! I would definitely repurchase this after as I've not noticed such quick results with any other brand and hopefully it will continue to make my hair look gorgeous.

-- Cons --
The only con I have would have to be that you only receive 180ml which is almost the same as the shampoo and conditioner but is still slightly more expensive than the both of them. I would say that with the results it is worth the money, but as I have fairly long hair I need to use a lot more to cover my entire hair, whereas with my usual conditioner I only use it on the ends.

-- Price and availability --
It is widely available in most drugstores and supermarkets. I purchased this in Superdrug for £3.35 and you receive 180ml. The price isn't bad for the amount you receive and the product is definitely of high quality but as I need to use rather a lot to cover my fairly long hair, I'm sure it wouldn't last me too long.

-- Conclusion --
I absolutely adore the product my hair feels so silky smooth and my ends completely nourished, would be better if you received more of the product but not a bad price for the quality. I would definitely recommend to use this with the Intensive Repair shampoo and conditioner to achieve the best results!

Summary: Great product will continue to use!
