After visiting the gym and getting all hot and sweaty, I dash home, say good bye to the hubby, who is a self employed taxi driver, then strip my clothes and climb into my shower. Of course this would be quicker if I didn't have to have the kids in the same room with me but they always seem to follow me around just when it would be easier if they didn't.

Anyway on with the op, after making my hair very wet I squeeze a small amount of Dove Moisturising Milk shampoo onto the palm of my hand, rub my hands together and then apply to my hair, massaging my scalp as I move around my head. When all my hair has been covered by the rich feeling lather I take a look at my hair in the mirror opposite my shower, it looks strange all bubbly and wet. Then I have to pop my head back under the shower to rinse this is the time when I usually get it in my eyes but this doesn't seem to matter with this product as my eyes do not sting now.

Rinsing is quick and easy for my hair, which is average thickness and shoulder length, it is streaked with colour so I picked the coloured hair version of this shampoo. I don't usually repeat the wash again so I didn't with this product, I just went on to using the same make conditioner.

After washing my body and then rinsing my conditioner off I grab my towels (which my hubby just doesn't understand why I use two! Duh!) Wrap one round my hair and one round my body and then get myself a coffee and sit down and relax! (Yeah I wish, sorry just dreaming there, with two kids that would be impossible.)

I love the feel of my hair once it had dried, you see I hate hair dryers and do not use them at all. It feels so light, bouncy, soft and very manageable.

According to the lovely Dove bottle, white with navy top, this product is dermatologically tested and has a mild formula and skin neutral pH and is for frequent use. All of this being very good
for me as I have sensitive skin and wash my hair every other day. Also this shampoo contained the ¼ moisturising milk that all Dove products contain which helps hydrate your hair without weighing it down.

This product is perfect for me at the moment, it smells gorgeous, I think all dove products have similar smells. It cost me £2.59 from Safeway but having read a few other opinions recently unless I see it on special in there I think I am off to Tescos or Asdas to buy it next time.

Definitely worth every penny I spent and miles better than my last horrendous experience with that Pear smelling shampoo, I would much rather pay loads of money for a decent shampoo that smells like this one than buy that cheaper horrible smelling one.

I feel so much better if my hair feels good!

****UPDATE****
Having just updated my conditioner op I thought I had better add it here too, since writing the above I have found if I do not wash my hair every other day my hair feels lank which has never happened to me before so I can only assume that it is the conditioner (or shampoo or even both of them) that is doing this, for this reason I have marked it down one star.
