The Dove heat therapy line is fairly new to come onto the scene, I picked this up a month or so ago when it was on introductory offer in Tesco. It is a heat protectant spray to be used on hair which is frequently styled using heat. I use a hairdryer all the time and thought this would be a great way to protect my hair from getting dried out. The mist is to be sprayed onto damp hair before using a hairdryer, straightener etc. It recommends that you using two sprays for a straightner and one if you are just blowdrying hair. So far this product has lasted me over a months and doesn't feel like it is getting anywhere near to empty.

I much prefer this to other heat defense sprays which can sometimes be drying themselves, or in the worst case sticky and noticable on the hair! The Dove spray actually conditions my hair and gives it a gorgeous shine, without any negative consequences.

I wont give you a long description of how the product looks because there is a picture, but I will say that the bottle contains 150ml and retails on boots.com at £2.99, which i feel is rather inexpensive for a hair product.

I'm giving this 5/5 because I think the pricing is excellent and so is the product!
