Advantages: Smell, texture, healthy hair, good range

Disadvantages: Smell quite distinctive, not the cheapest product

My mum has always used flex and after years of being a total nightmare in the shampoo department, changing between brands weekly I gave in and gave Flex a try. I have been the most loyal to this shampoo than to any other as it smells fantastic, it has a real headturning musky smell which i always get comments about. It also makes my hair feel really clean and when dry it is so silky smooth. You get great texture and great shine :o). As the product is so effective it often means that you do not have to use much and so it lasts longer making it better value for money, making it worth the extra few p that it costs.

Flex has a good range, I tend to use the conditioner and shampoo for colour treated hair as these are really good for hair colour maintenance and preventing it from getting dry. There are also shampoos and comnditioners for normal hair, along with a wash and go which still gives you the smell and shine when you are in a rush, it is also sometimes good when your hair is feeling a bit limp and needs a bit of a boost with a little less condition.

This is a truly "flexible friend".
