Wella's High Hair Flubber is a GEL. It is green coloured (see "Flubber" the movie) and is the absolute solution for extreme hairstyles \\||// That is because once it's applied to the hair, it dries out very very quickly (in about 30sec!). This gives you the freedom to do whatever you want with your hair, knowing that it will stay there all day. Use only a little bit and I'm sure you'll have what you want! It worked great with me!

TIPS: Use it on clean and damp hair
Spread out a small quantity of Flubber and... start creating!
(It isn't necessary but) you can use hair drier for an instant "freeze" of you hairstyle
