John Frieda Frizz Ease Original Formula Serum
Description: Hair care / hair styling / frizz-ease serum / available in 50mL and 25mL. / This outstanding formula infused with silk proteins delivers a layer of crystle clear gloss for amazing shiny frizz free results. Ideal for straight and curly styles.
I must first explain that if you have never seen or heard of this serum, it is basically designed to help tame frizzy hair. All you have to do is smooth a little (be sparing, a little goes a long way and can make hair look greasy if you use too much) onto your palms and then over your hair, to calm frizz and add a slight shine too.
It comes in a little clear pump bottle with the John Frieda logo on the front. There are loads of products in this range, so be careful that you don't pick up the wrong one by accident. A 50ml bottle costs in the region of £6, but it lasts for ages so is less expensive than it may seem.
I have naturally frizzy hair, which has a slight kink to it (unfortunately, this looks different on either side, so left to its own devices, will stick out at different angles and appear more than a little bizarre looking!). I also have my hair highlighted regularly, and straighten it almost every day. This obviously leaves my hair drier than it should be in addition to being naturally frizzy.
This serum doesn't really have a scent, and feels really silky when you smooth it onto your hands. As soon as I have then smoothed it onto my hair, I notice a visible difference and my hair looks sleeker and much more shiny - as I have blond hair, it doesn't really have a natural gloss so this is a great way to boost shine too.
I wouldn't be without this product now that I have discovered it, and really recommend that you try it - no matter what colour or type of hair you have, used properly, it is bound to make it look great - a definite winner from me!
Summary: Well worth the money!
