There are so many different shampoos on the market all offering shine and body but only a small percentage of them actually deliver everything that they suggest. Garnier however let their products do the talking and this Fructis shampoo and conditioner certainly does the talking.

The bottle is a nice bright green one with Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo 2in1 written on the front of the bottle and on the back is the usual information that concerns a shampoo like the Garnier brand's promise for your hair.

Once the thick dooey liquid comes out of the bottle and into your hands you can smell the coconut hint to it, this shampoo gives your hair a nice smell once you have washed it. The hair is left shiny and nourished with a nice smell that is strong yet light at the same time.

This shampoo sells for around £2.80 for a 250ml bottle which may seem a little expensive but you get your moneys worth because this works well even if you just put a little dollop on your hair. Some shampoos need loads to work properly.

This shampoo from Garnier is great for both mens and womens hair and there's also a line from Garnier of hair gels, sprays and mousses which have the same strengths as the shampoo and they keep the hair nice aswel..

I normally use a Lnyx shower gel because I find that it works suprisingly well for your hair but you get a lot more from a dedicated Shampoo and this is even good enough if you use it as a shower gel if you have run out of shower gel and need a shower before you go out.

Seeing as I have been using this shampoo now for about a year and a half I have obviously chosen to keep using the brand and just use Lynx shower gel for my body and then use this on my hair,

I would recommend this particular Garnier shampoo very highly to anyone who is looking to get a different one if they arent satisfied with their current one. Just try it once and I'm sure you will buy it again. A very good product.
