I use this shampoo daily and it seems to keep my hair in good order. It is reliable, being made by Garnier and contains multivitamins to strengthen my hair. It comes in a green bottle to match the Garnier range. On the front, you will see the blue colour (to seperate it out from the other shampoos) and it says 'Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner - 2 in 1 - Normal Hair.

The lid has a little round bit so you can easily pull it up. Squeezing a bit out, it oozes onto your hands and feels ever so silky. It has an off-white creamy colour and smells quite sweet and somewhat fruity. Before appyling it, I rinse my hair under the shower. I then scrub this into my hair to foam it up to give my hair a good wash.

It's best to leave it on for a few minutes as it is also a conditioner. If you have a comb handy, then run through your hair with it to help clean it and keep it in best condition. This shampoo leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. It does an excellent job cleaning it and leaves it with a nice aroma too.
