Advantages: Lovely aroma, Strengthens hair, Gives hair a great wash

Disadvantages: -

I am male and use this shampoo for my somewhat curly and thick hair. It works very well and seems to give it an excellent wash whilst giving it all the goodness of the ingredients to strengthen my hair. It comes in a bright green plastic bottle along with all the other Garnier shampoos and most of their products. The lid flicks up to reveal a large hole where you get the shampoo out. The colour code for this version for normal hair is blue.

You simply wet your hair and apply just a little bit of the shampoo to your hands. Begin to massage it into your hair and this bubbly lather will be built up to give your hair an excellent wash. The foam built up gives off a lovely fruity smell and leaves your hair smelling wonderful and fruity. It also seems to leave it feeling soft and definitely keeps it strong. Be sure to leave it in your hair without washing it out for a good 2 minutes to let it do it's full job. I would recommend using conditioner after and leaving this on to keep your hair in ultimate condition.
