Advantages: large plates that warm up v quickly and r v hot, cheaper than GHD, results amazing and last long time

Disadvantages: none at all really!

My hair is naturally really curly and frizzy and i've hated it for ages and was sick of wearing my hair up all the time. One day my friend Chloe brought her new straighteners to school to show us all. She asked me if she could do my hair at lunchtime so i agreed not expecting that much of a dramatic change. My aunty had previously straightened my hair with her GHD's and i didn't expect them to be as good. How wrong i was! It took about 15-20 mins to straighten my hair, which is really good as my hair is way past my shoulders, and there wasn't a kink, curl or wave anywhere. Not only did it work amazingly well, but it lasted for days, which didn't happen with the GHD's. Today i went out and bought my own pair- i couldn't wait for them to be delivered so i bought them from a salon- £49.95 but their well worth it- and their much much cheaper if you buy them online.

Don't waste your time buying cheap straighteners in the hope they'll work- they never do so spend that bit more money on something that is really good and works amazing!
