I've done a couple hairspray reviews before. Hairspray makes me thoroughly miserable but I do really need it sometimes, especially for 'up do's' My hair can be very soft, silky and straight (after straightening) and I do end up with very fine looking hair so I need some hairspray! Though I haven't found a hairspray yet that doesn't feel grimy, flaky, sticky, dull, the list goes on to the super glue in the can! So when I saw this I did think about purchasing it cos I hate hairspray so much! lol What It Promises..... I have longish hair below my shoulders and to be honest being a mother of 2 I don't generally have much time to do anything with it, bad days it's tied up and stays pretty well itself and good days it's down and a brush is as far as I get. If however on the odd occasion we are going out I do like to make an effort and therefore want a product that is going to keep my hard work in place. One such time when I knew I didn't want my hair to let me down was my wedding, as a friend was doing my hair for the day we had a couple of run throughs and tried a couple of ways for keeping it in place to find the best and this product came out top. My hair is so unbelievably thick that it's virtually impossible to handle and style. After washing it, I always leave it to dry naturally, because a) that is a lot easier than blow drying it and b) it seems to be less frizzy and static this way. Even so, it still goes frizzy and even when I straighten it several times it doesn't completely settle down. My friend recommended to me the Garnier fructis style range, as I asked a few people I know who use hair products on their hair which is best, as I never normally do. I went to Tesco and found this and thought I'd give it a go as it sounded as though it could be a good solution to my problem. It ... Read the complete review

Introduction I have very unruly hair which looks lovely for about five minutes after it has been washed and styled. Then unfortunately the heat and moisture hits it and I look like I have popped my finger into an electric socket. I am always on the look-out for new products to try which will at least go some way to taming this very unfortunate beast. I saw this particular product on a deal in my local Boots the chemist so I thought that I would give it a try. Well nothing ventured nothing gained as the saying goes!! New Garnier Fructis Anti-Frizz Fixing Spray Sleek & Shine. The Packaging This particular hairspray cost £1.49. It comes ... Read the complete review
