Advantages: Does actually bounce back, decent hold

Disadvantages: L5 Extreme not really so extreme

I recently bought this stuff for my flowing locks, as other hair sprays leave your hair looking like it's been glued on, or they just don't work.

The spray itself isn't that sticky, and does a good job of holding your hair in place. The brilliant bamboo bouncebackability advertised does actually work, which surprised me.

There is a minor niggle though. I bought the Level 5 Extreme version to give me the best chance of excellent sustained hold and body on my medium length hair. I gave my hair a good spray with the stuff. Sadly, after a few hours the hold faded, which was disappointing considering it's supposedly the strongest hold they could come up with.

When used in conjunction with other products this spray is useful for me, but i suggest it's better used for those with longer hair who are looking to hold a wavy/curly style in place with a natural finish.

Summary: Decent enough spray, good for longer styles
