Advantages: good if used on short spikey hair!

Disadvantages: GREASY!

I brought this just over a year ago when I had a short choppy hairstyle and wanted to accentuate the choppiness without looking greasy! I brought it on a buy one get one free offer at Superdrug, so got two jars for a pretty barginous £2.50. It comes in a lime green plastic jar with a bright orange lid so it's really eye catching...When you open the tub it is full of what looks like white PVA glue!! The texture is something to get used to...it's very sticky and clings to your fingers like stringy cheese on a NY Pizza! When you use it all you need to do is get a small amount and warm it in your palms then apply to your hair. The smell is pretty nice actually; it's very sweet and reminds me of holidays! Like sunscreen!
The first thing I noticed about this product is that it is quite hard to get it warm enough to be workable and when I put it in my hair (which was brown) and it just looked white! I couldn't get it to go clear and it looked a bit odd. Also my hair looked really greasy! To be fair this product would probably be better on hair that wants spikes accentuating, like Mohicans , but not on hair that just need slight texturising and when I was trying to smooth parts of my hair down, it stuck up on end! To be honest I had a tad of a disaster, and so the two jars were promptly given away...
So like I said...if you want to get your hair all spiked up go for it, if this is not what you're looking for then you're going to end up with a greasy mop that stands up in all directions!!Haha
