I bought this manga style putty as it said it was extra strong, because normally most gels and waxes don't keep my hair spikey all day. I must say that this is fantastic for keeping your spikes up all day, and it can survive any weather conditions, be that rain, snow or incredibly windy. My friends also use it, not for spikes, but to add volume to their hair, and they say that the manga style putty is very good for that as well.

The putty is incredibly cheap (not sure why), it only cost be about £2 from Boots. I use it every day and it lasts for months, so it is great value for money. The putty is easy to use (just warm/rub a pea sized scoop into your hands, and apply from the roots up to the tip), and smells quite good as well.

The only negative aspect of the manga putty is that the texture is quite horrible, kind of like sticky jelly, if you can imagine that!
