I have used Fructis Surf Hair Texturising Gum for about 8 years now and I have never been disappointed, and neither have the ladies! ;) Haha.
During my time of using this hair product I have tried other Gums and Putty's but I just keep on coming back to this Fructis one!

I have fairly short spiky hair but as I hate going to the hairdresser, from time to time my hair get quite long. I try to style my hair as a mini Mohawk and this Surf Hair Gum works perfectly and holds all day!

It doesnt become to hard and ridgid (I hate it when gel does that) and it always stays "workable" and can be adjusted when needed. As I have a motorbike this Surf Hair Gum is great because when I reach my destination, (ie. whichever pub we've all decided to meet at some 100 miles away just for the hell of it) I just ruffle up my flat hair that was styled before I set off, and Hey-presto, my hair is perfectly styled again!

1 pot of Fructis lasts me over a month so at £3.50 per pot, I think it is great value for money. The Texturising Gum is a clay colour and quite thick in consistency. It's best to work some through your fingers as it get stickier as it gets warmer, then I work it through damp hair to create the Mohawk effect.

I don't think I'll use any other product again; it would seem I'm stuck with Fructis for life! & it just smells so nice! The ladies love the fruity scent!
