After watching all the adverts on tv about this hair dye i thought i would give it a go, it was on special in boots, 2 boxes for £7 so i brought them, i need two as my hair is long enough to be sat on. I was not impressed with this dye at all but maybe i was expecting too much, In the box you get the usual stuff, a botle, a tube, gloves and a conditioner sachet. I used the gloves as i always do and that was fine, the mixtures were easy enough to mix together and it was easy to apply to my hair. I have been colouring my hair for many years now, although I am finding it becoming a more frequent task the older I become, because of the appearance of grey hair. Indeed when I first began dying my hair I was a teenager and enjoyed experimenting with various auburn shades on my dark brown hair. The Christmas pampering began today, when I decided to colour my hair in preparation for the big day. My hair didn't particularly need doing, but over 2012 I've found myself going darker and darker in hair colour and want to start 2013 with a slightly lighter look. I spent a while looking at the different colours in Boots, eventually opting for Garnier Nutrisse in (Macadamia Golden Brown, which is shade 5.3) as according to the box it would lighten my dark brunette hair to a visible degree but without it being a drastic change.
