Lovely conditioner but far too over-priced

GHD Guardian Condition for Colour Treated Hair

£12.95 for 250 ml from Ghd website (www.ghdhair.com)

      Ghd say:

"Don't let that gorgeous colour fade away. This moisturising product helps preserve the vibrancy of the hair while enhancing its elasticity and shine. Contains UVA protection."

I received this conditioner along with the shampoo when I purchased my straightners on Ghd website. I noticed that the price is £12.95 which I feel is ridiculous for a conditioner. I also don't really understand why the conditioner cost more than the shampoo (shampoo 'only' priced at £9.95). I have not bought a lot of products from the Ghd range as I think they are really overpriced and really not worth the money.

Again this product, looks really similar to the shampoo and do make a really nice set. However, I had the same experience with the conditioner. It is incredibly runny and difficult to lather up in your hair. I'm not entirely sure if this is a good or bad thing but never really come across it with conditioners. Mostly conditioners are really thick and can be difficult to squeeze out the bottle but this product is definitely the opposite. When you tip it upside down it just runs out the bottle. The conditioner itself does have a really nice smell and does leave hair smooth and I suppose it is used to protect hair from heat but I really do not see how £12.95 would ever be worth it for a conditioner that is nothing special.

I got this free with straightners but would never buy this product. Its not that its bad, as it is quite a good conditioner, but would not go out of my way to purchase it due to the price.
