Advantages: perfect for thick/ long hair

Disadvantages: not very good to create curls

I got these as a present over a year ago now- having had a cheap £30 pair of straighteners previously i had NO idea what REAL straighteners can do! I have really thick hair and is down to roughly my elbow so is pretty long. I do usually straighten the bottom layer first then the top if i want a really slick look but if i am in a rush, it is just as good doing it all as one.

They came with (i think) a one year guarrantee and with care instructions in the box.

The one thing that i would say is (it might be just my hair) but they say that you can curl your hair no matter how straight with these straighteners but i have tried on several occassions and i just don't think they are quite as good for that as the thinner ones. They don't really curl the hair, more just slightly wave but not really that effectively.

Overall though, maybe it is sad but i don't know what i would do without mine- they are perfect!

Summary: excellent for thick and/or long hair!
