Disadvantages: slightly pricey, can slightly damage hair because of heat.

One word, amazing! these straighteners can tame any wild but wonderful hair. naturally my hair is naturally curly and quite frizzy at the ends, every other straightener i have tried could not tame my hair. My hair would stay straight for a few hours but then soon spring back to its original state. However these straighteners where one of a kind, never did i think that any straighteners would work like these. These Ghd's not only glide through your hair smoothly applying even heat from root to tip, but have results that last days. The ceramic blades heat evenly and fastly meaning no more waiting for 20 minutes for your straighteners to heat up. The evenly distributed heat means neither your roots or tips get frazzeled. The thick blades makes them easily accessible for people with both long and short hair. The slightly curved barrell allows many finishes to be achieved, not only can these ions straighten but they can achieve tight ringlet curls or delicate beach style waves. The stylish design makes these straighteners a must have in any season and something you'd be proud to own. these straighteners achieve the best finish of all the straighteners i have purchased, from wet to straight to babyliss, none top the Ghd's.Best of all is that they are long lasting, my straighteners have lasted along time and many of my friends have had theres over 4 years and there still in perfect condition. I recommend these to anyone despite the spit the slightly expensive cost. However one slight disadvantage is that they can damage your hair if you do not use thermal protection. However Ghd prouce many useful products that help protect your hair but even a cheap hair protector would work. Even with this slight disadvantage you would not be disapointed!
