Designed for short hair, the GHD Mini Styler is ideal for women with short hair, men's hair and fringes.

I bought these as i have quite thick short-ish hair with slight kinks and waves in it which are rather annoying when trying to style it. I used to borrow my girlfriend's but the plates were too big for short hair and they pulled on the hair without really doing the job properly.

These however, do the job perfectly. once switched on they are hot in around 10 seconds, with a flashing LED light indicating when they are ready for use.

The ceramic plates run smoothly on the hair and straighten with little effort. The swivel cord attachment increases the mobility of the straighteners whilst preventing the cord becoming tangled.

The slim nature of the plates allows you to get closer to the scalp meaning that you can really notice the difference with men's hair.

The new sleep mode safely turns the heaters off if you leave them unattended for 30 minutes which is a really clever safety feature for forgetful types.

The price-tag is a bit high, but you really do get what you pay for. The build quality is excellent and I have had mine for over a year without any problems at all.

They really are worth the reputation. They work so well that you only need to go over the hair once for it to be completely straight, which is much better for your hair than going over and over the same bit.
