Advantages: Great looking hair, easy to use and you get free stuff with it

GHDs are the most popular type of straighteners around and they have now made them even better - they have brought out pink ones! You can also get them in purple and black if pink is not your colour.

They are good looking, with a heat of up to 230 degrees celcius, what more does a girl want?

They come with a heat protective mat, GHD hair protection spray (worth around £9) and with 3 lipglosses for free.

The good thing about GHDs is that after 30 minutes unattended, they turn off. So if you forget to turn them off, as some girls do, they will not burn through your furniture, if you forget to put them on your heat protective mat.
Also, as girls without GHDs who have used them will know, they make your hair look sleek, straight and it stays that way unless it rains until the next morning.

Also, like some other straighteners you do not have all the settings you just turn them on and it beeps when it is heated up, within seconds.

In conclusion, although GHDs are quite expensive, they are worth the money. They last for a very long time and can fit in your handbag, if you have one that isn't rediculously small. I recomend GHDs to anybody with unmanagable hair, curly or frizzy hair and people who like keeping their hair in great condition. In other words, everyone!
