Advantages: a few nice hair days

The GHD is great at first, but they make your hair brittle and eventually it breaks , notice after a while you get flyaways at the crown & you get that horrible burning smell of your hair frying!!
I had been highlighting my hair for years & it was always healthy, i used so many heat protectants before straightning but that didnt make any difference it killed my hair, i can no longer highlight my hair as the damage the GHD caused has ruined my hair, so be warned ...
& they say it holds moisture? yeah right!!

Summary: GHD irons have ruined my once thick healthy hair.
