I would definitely be lost without my precious GHD's...it may sound silly to GHD Virgins but seriously, once you have tried them there is no going back!

They might seem a little pricey to some, and I suppose they are, considering they are around the £100 mark! But they are SO worth the money...I have ridiculously curly hair which is a nightmare even for my hairdresser to blow dry! I tried many other types of straighteners over the years, including ones that you could even use on wet hair (wet 2 straight)...bad idea!

I bought my GHD's from a hairdressers whole sale store so I managed to get them slightly cheaper. Compared to the old MK3 these straigheners have a sleeker design.

Benefits:

extra strong cable which enables more freedom when styling flicks and curls.

Infra-red heat technology means that the heat generated in the ceramic plates is allegedly conducted faster and lasts longer in the styler which apparently helps to lock in colour and minerals.

There is a varying voltage control which means you can use these GHD's around the world without needing to carry an adaptor everywhere!

New safety feature - the GHD's automatically switch off after 15 minutes of inactivity. So you don't need to worry about burning down the house anymore!

The new rounder barrel means that curls and flicks can be created much more easily than with conventional straighteners or the older model GHD's.

I would certainly advise using these in conjunction with the GHD range of hair products in order to protect your hair against all that heat damage.

Definitely the best straighteners on the market today! :)
