Expensive, yes; worth it, maybe.

GHD ceramics are unique in the fact that they reach very high temperatures, and the plates heat evenly to maintain a good quality iron effect.

The price is incredible, even for a branded product. At almost £100 online, the mark-up in salons for this product can add almost an extra twenty pounds to the price.

Saying this, the effects that can be achieved with these irons are impressive; true, your hair stays straighter for longer, and you are also able to create waves and curls using the iron. The handy wire connector allows the irons to rotate without causing the cable to become twisted and general be a pain.

A leading company, GHD has always had a good customer service reputation, and returns and faults with the product are always dealt with in an effective and diligent manner. Overall, I would recommend this product, owning a pair myself, but they are pricey.
