I have just received my GHD IV styler from www.ghd-uk.co.uk.
I found the site recommended as a GHD approved stockist on moneysavingexpert.com.

I bought them through an online payment page, and the process was very simple. I just had to enter my card details and verified by visa password. I then received both a call (to confirm my address) and an email to say that payment had been received.
I ordered them on bank holiday monday, and they were delivered by special delivery on the tuesday!

The package was, the straighteners in a swanky box, with a dvd and warrenty information. There was also a heat proof mat, and heat protection spray. The delivery was free as well. I think this was a great deal.

The straighteners look like the MK4 ones, just with slightly more rounded plates.

They get seriously hot in a matter of sections. I mean really hot, even with the heat protection spray I could feel the heat!
They are easy to use and the plates glide over your hair without pulling it. Its easy to do by sectioning your hair. For this I use tresseme clips.

Theres an on off button, when you turn them on, a little LCD light comes on and it bleeps. When its hot enough it bleeps again. They do get a little hotter when you have been straightening for about 15mins.

There is a function that turns them off if you forget to do it yourself which I think is great. It turns them off after 1/2 an hour without usage.

I really liked the customer service from the company, and the extras that came with it.

GHD are a reputable company and many salons use their products, so I wanted to look like I had come out of the hairdressers every day!

Its really worth the £99 I paid, I think I got the best deal in terms of extras, and I was impressed with the speed of the delivery from payment to receiving. They also come with a 2 year warrenty if anything breaks.
